The welding machine MTP-04 is designed for resistance spot welding of (0.5 + 0.5) mm to (4.0 + 4.0) gage low-carbon steel details and cruciform joints of reinforcement bars A I (4.0 + 4.0) mm to (16.0 + 16.0) mm and A II, A III up to (10.0 + 10.0) mm.
The delivery set of MTP-03 machine includes:
- a monoblock unit (containing a welding transformer TK-401 with current regulator, incoming switch, resistance welding regulator RKS-15-1V (microprocessor-based, singleboard, eight programs), a thyristor contactor KT 6YAT.244.000-04, an air-preparation unit with the pressing force regulator, an electropneumatic valve and an airdraulic booster);
- a welder suspension device (with adjustable height);
- two flexible water-cooled cables;
- standard pinch welder gun KTG-12-3-1, KTG-15-2 and KTG-15-4 with pneumatic pressure drive.
